Three weeks after IDI Gazeley broke ground on the new 20-acre, 276,250-square-foot Bloomingdale Corporate Center in Bloomingdale, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank announced it has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for the industrial business park.
The firm will work on behalf of an institutional client in representing the contract purchaser, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers.
Bloomingdale Corporate Center is scheduled for completion in fourth quarter 2016 and when complete, the park will be comprised of three buildings that will have 51,600; 70,650, and 154,000 square feet of space.
The three distribution facilities will be located at the intersection of Army Trail Road and Gary Avenue in Bloomingdale at 255, 260 and 270 Madsen, with close access to I-355/I-290 and the new Illinois Route 390 (Elgin O’Hare Expressway).
Features in each building will include substantial loading docks, concrete truck courts, 30′ clear ceilings, Ductilcrete floors, T-5 Lighting as well as ESFR sprinkler systems.
“The Bloomingdale Corporate Center development is the ideal square footage and location to fill this void,” NGKF Senior Managing Director, Elise Couston, said. “Tenants will also benefit from the park’s advantageous location, Bloomingdale’s myriad of amenities, access to several highways and an institutional ownership group.”
Couston is working alongside NGKF’s Adam Marshall, senior managing director, and Mark Deady, director, to lead the brokerage team assigned to lease the new development.
