Construction has begun on a Class-A multifamily community in Westfield, Indiana, by developer Mia Rose Holdings.
Chatham Hills Luxury Living will feature 124 one-bedroom units, 114 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom apartments across eight separate two and three-story buildings. The 21-acre site is visible from Highway I-31 and is located within the exclusive Chatham Hills planned residential and recreational development on the north side of Westfield.
Chatham Hills Luxury Living is the first development in Mia Rose Holdings’ ‘IndyGO!’ business plan to build communities in suburban Indianapolis to support the growth of the region.
One of the fastest growing cities in Indiana, Westfield has become a popular suburb of Indianapolis due to its highly-rated schools, 400-acre Grand Park sports complex, access to the Monon Trail and its close proximity to top employers in the Carmel and Keystone business districts.
To appeal to residents desiring a more active and outdoor lifestyle, the amenity-rich community will provide access to a nature trail and lake recreation, a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, a golf simulator and a fitness facility with commercial-grade equipment and group fitness space.
Well-designed units will feature quartz counters, soft-close cabinetry, tile backsplashes and showers, luxury vinyl flooring, outside storage closets and modern fixtures. Central office and conference spaces will support the popular work-from-home lifestyle.
Chatham Hills Luxury Living is slated to begin welcoming tenants in August 2024. Rosemann & Associates is the architect and Midas Construction is the general contractor. The civil engineer is V3 Companies and the MEP engineer is Chesterfield-based Engenuity.
