Consumers Credit Union purchases 43,066-square-foot office building

Consumers Credit Union has purchased a 43,066-square-foot office building in the Grand Tri-State Business Park at 1075 Tri-State Parkway, Gurnee. The Grand Tri-State Business Park is adjacent to the west Grand Avenue commercial corridor at I-94 and Route 132 (Grand Avenue), midway between Chicago and Milwaukee.

Robert Elbrecht of Tri-State Realty represented the seller, CenterPoint Properties. Consumers Credit Union will use the office space fore executive, administrative and support services.

“Consumers Credit Union chose the building in the Grand Tri-State Business Park due to the close proximity to I-94, high quality data communications and ample parking,” said Sean Rathjen, Consumer Credit Union’s CEO. “Also, our employees both north and south of Gurnee can easily get to work.”
