Continuum Advisors has arranged the sale of The Weils, a 120-unit assisted-living memory care and skilled nursing community in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, an eastern suburb of Cleveland.
Built in phases from 2002 through 2015, the community consists of 75 assisted-living units, 18 memory care units and 27 skilled-nursing units.
The community sits on a 45-plus-acre site and includes excess acreage for future expansion.
Non-profit Eliza Jennings is the buyer of the property, which has been rebranded as Eliza at Chagrin Falls. This brings Eliza Jennings’ portfolio to a total of four campuses in Westlake, Olmstead Township, Cleveland and now Chagrin Falls.
The Continuum Advisors team led by Jay Jordan and Dave Kliewer represented Cleveland-based non-profit Menorah Park and its financial advisor SOLIC Capital Advisors in the sale of The Weils.
