The Cooper Commercial Group recently sold a Burger King restaurant in Canton, Ohio. Dan Cooper, president and broker of the firm, represented the owner, a private investment group in Canton.
The buyer was a private investor based in California.
The sale closed for $1.8 million. Cooper found a buyer within the first five days of marketing the property for sale. The property went from contract to close in 27 days, with the list price representing a 6.5 percent CAP rate and 94 percent of the list price.
