The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold a shopping center shadow-anchored by a grocery in northern Ohio.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group out of Ohio. The private 1031 buyer was found within 30 days of marketing the property for sale. The buyer paid $5.625 million for the property, representing a 7.97 percent CAP Rate and more than 90 percent of list price.
