The Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of Winbury Professional & Medical Center, a 54,505-square-foot office and medical building in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, a real estate investment group in Cleveland. The private West Coast-based buying group purchased the asset for $8.785 million, representing 98% of the listing price and $168 a square foot.
Winbury is a Class-A professional building with landscaped grounds, separate/private entrances, a building conference room, custom-designed suites and on-site staff.
