The Cooper Commercial investment Group negotiated the sale of the Kruse Commons retail center in the Cleveland suburb of Solon, Ohio.
The two-building asset is anchored by Panera Bread and Mitchell’s Homemade, an ice-cream shop.
Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, a private investment group. A Midwest-based fund purchased the asset at its full price of $7.145 million, representing a Cap Rate of 6.75% and $276 a square foot.
