The Cooper Commercial Investment Group has negotiated the sale of Pleasantview Commons, a 49-percent occupied retail center anchored by an ALDI grocery store in Canton, Ohio.
Aldi is a long-term tenant and in the middle of its last five-year renewal options.
Dan Cooper and Bob Havasi of the Cooper Commercial Investment group in Cleveland represented the seller, a private investment group out of Ohio.
The private call-cash Nevada investment buyer went non-refundable at contract execution. The buyer purchased the property for $1.03 million.
