The Cooper Commercial Investment Group brokered the sale of the 78,010-square-foot Hillsdale Shopping Center in Canton, Ohio.
Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment in Cleveland represented the seller, a West Coast investor. The buying group acquired the property for $6.4 million, a CAP rate of 7.98%. The property sold for about 98% of list price.
The center is shadow-anchored by ACME Fresh Market and Harbor Freight Tools. Tenants at the center include Siffrin, KeyBank, CosmoProf, Lindsey’s Pizza, Hallmark and Hillsdale Beauty Shop.
