The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently completed the sale of the Cleveland Clinic Medical Building with Neighborhood Health Care in Cleveland.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial, represented the owner of the medical building, a private investor in New Yok.
The property sold for $1.335 million, representing an 8.62 percent CAP rate. It sold at 96 percent of the original list price.
