The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of Chapel Hill Crossing, a 116,843-square-foot retail center in Akron, Ohio.
The retail center includes tenants Gold’s Gym and Roses Discount Store.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland represented the seller, a large institutional group out of Tennessee. The private investment buyer out of Texas was found on the first day of marketing the property, and the sale went from contract to close in 15 days.
The property sold for $2.3 million.
