The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold Bethel Plaza, a 12,516-square-foot multi-tenant center in Columbus, Ohio.
The retail center is anchored by Papa John’s.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Copper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group out of Kentucky. He also represented the local buyer, who bought the property for 96 percent of list price.
The plaza sold for $1.6 million.
