The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of Cass County Commons, an 18,600-square-foot retail property, shadow-anchored by Wal-Mart, in Logansport, Ind.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investor in Indiana. The buyer was a private investment group out of Connecticut.
