The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold an Arby’s restaurant in South Euclid, Ohio.
Dan Cooper, president and brorker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the owner, a private investment group out of Cleveland. The buyer was a private investor out of California.
The sale closed for $1.025 million.
