Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently helped close the sale of Zero Cash Flow CVS Pharmacy in New Lennox, Ill.
Dan Cooper, president of Cleveland-based Cooper Commercial, represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
The seller was a private group in Illinois. The buyers were a private group in Ohio. The property sold for $400,000.
