Cleveland-based The Cooper Commercial Investment Group has sold the CVS Pharmacy located in Dunkirk, N.Y.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper, represented the owners, a private investment group based in Texas. Cooper found a buyer on the first day of marketing the property for sale, a private investment group from Chicago.
The property sold for $3.485 million, representing a 6.03 percent CAP rate and 97 percent of the list price.
