The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold Tri-State Commons, a retail center anchored by Kohl’s and Menards in Angola, Indiana.
The 26,450-square-foot retail center is 100-percent occupied with national brands such as Dollar Tree, Shoe Carnival, Maurice’s, Great Clips, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Sally Beauty Supply.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investor out of Indiana. The buyer purchased the property in an all-cash deal for $3.7 million, representing a 7.69 percent CAP rate.
