The Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of a multi-tenant mixed-use office/retail building in an affluent eastern suburb of Cleveland.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group. The buyer, out of New York, was found directly by the Cooper Group. The buyer purchased the building for $2.025 million.
That figure represented an 8.22 percent CAP rate and close to 97 percent of the list price.
