The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of the Navarre Industrial Center, a 186,285-square-foot industrial and manufacturing facility in Canton, Ohio.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland, represented the owners, a private group out of Canton. The buyers were a private group based on the East Coast.
The property sold for $3.95 million, representing a CAP rate of 9.32 percent and 98 percent of the original list price.
