The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of the Goodwill-anchored Middleburg Crossing retail center in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. The seller is a private investment group, while the buyer is private investment group based in the Cleveland area.
The off-market deal was sold for $1.665 million, and went from contract to close in less than 30 days.
