The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of a two-tenant Starbuck’s-anchored centered in a developed retail corridor in northern Ohio.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland, represented the seller.
The private 1031 buyer purchased the property at a CAP rate of 6.3 percent, representing nearly $680 a square foot.
