Cleveland’s Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold the Strongsville Pointe shopping center in Strongsville, Ohio.
The 41,109-square-foot property is located an affluent section of this Cleveland suburb. The center feaures two strong outparcels, which serve as the home for Taco Bell and Dollar Bank, and an inline center anchored by Boston Market.
The property sold for $40.23 a square foot, with the sale of the entire property closing at $1.65 million.
Bob Havasi, vice president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the sellers, Coral Strongsville in Cleveland, and the buying party, a private investor in California.
