The Cooper Commercial Investment Group sold Lake City Plaza, an A-plus trophy retail center in Warsaw, Indiana.
The retail center is located directly in front of Meijer Superstore. The 100-percent occupied center features Starbucks, Verizon Wireless, Moe’s Southwest Grill and McAlister’s, all of which are on 10-year leases with mid-term rental increases.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investor from Indiana. The buying group out of Ohio bought the property for $5 million, about 97 percent of the list price.
