Bob Havasi of the Cooper Commercial Group in Cleveland, represented the owner, a private investor from Tennessee. The buyer was a private investor located in Missouri.
The all-cash buyer paid full asking price, paying more than $.178 million for the property, representing a CAP rate of 6.20 percent.
