The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold a Walgreens at 4071 Lee Road in Cleveland.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, a privately owned investment group out of New York City. The buyer was a private investor from Florida.
The property sold for $5.385 million, 94 percent of the original list price.
