Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented both the seller, a private investment group in the Midwest, and the 1031 buyer.
The buyer purchased the property for $775,000, representing a 6.77% CAP rate and 99% of the list price. The property went from contract to close in about 45 days.
