Cleveland’s Cooper Commercial Group recently sold the Family Dollar store located at 3470 E. 93rd St. in Cleveland.
The property was sold for $1.012 million, representing a 9.63 percent CAP rate. The sales price was about 88 percent of the stores original list price.
Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial represented the owners, King Pin LLC from Canton, Ohio. Cooper also found the buyer, a private group from California.
The 9,160-square-foot all-brick buiding was built in 2007.
