The Cooper Commercial Investment Group sold the Pavilion Office Building in the heart of the Beachwood, Ohio, office district.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper, represented the owner, a private group based in Beachwood. Cooper also represented the buyer, a private investor.
The buyer was found on the first day of marketing the property for sale and signed a purchase agreement within two weeks at 96 percent of the building’s original list price. The property sold for $3.275 million.
