Topcoat Nail Bar has opened The District at Lenexa City Center, a mixed-use development in Lenexa, Kansas. Erin Johnston, vice president of retail leasing at Copaken Brooks, represented The District in this deal.
Topcoat’s new space, occupying 2,000 square feet, is located on the south side of City Center Drive. The company provides a variety of nail and waxing services.
When fully developed, Lenexa City Center will consist of more than 2 million square feet, including civic components for the city of Lenexa, nearly 1 million square feet of office and retail and 375 residential units.
