Copaken Brooks helped negotiate a lease that brings Sandlot Goods to 3120 Terrace St. in the Downtown Business Park of Kansas City, Missouri.
The company is moving from 2125 Washington St. in the Crossroads development of Kansas City. Sandlot Goods will lease 6,000 square feet in the Downtown Business Park starting Nov. 1.
Founded in 2013, Sandlot Goods creates hand-crafted Kansas City goods, including leather journals, wallets, belts, bags, coasters and accessories.
Jeremiah Dean, vice president of leasing at Copaken Brooks, represented the property owner in the deal.
