The One Bridal has opened at Copaken Brooks‘ The District at City Center Lenexa mixed-use development in Lenexa, Kansas.
The bridal boutique will lease 5,012 square feet on the ground floor of Penn II at The District beginning in the late summer of this year.
Before its official opening, The One will offer virtual bridal appointments for brides still trying to plan their wedding day while social distancing because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Erin Johnston, vice president of retail brokerage at Copaken Brooks, represented The District in the deal.
When fully developed, City Center Lenexa will consist of more than 2 million square feet, including civic components for the city of Lenexa, nearly 1 million square feet of office and retail and 375 residential units.
