Construction on the District, the next phase of the City Center mixed-use project in Lenexa, Kansas, is now officially underway. The new phase will join the 800,000 square feet of retail, office and recreational mixed uses on the southwest corner of 87th Street Parkway and Renner Boulevard.
The District portion of the project will bring 175 luxury residential apartments, 45,000 square feet of office space and 35,000 square feet of retail. The City Center development already includes the Domain apartments and the recently opened Lenexa City Hall and Civic Campus.
The Disrict will open in March of 2019.
The District is being developed by Copaken Brooks and EPC Real Estate Group.
