Copaken Brooks recently helped close a lease deal between Creative Circle and the Town Pavilion office tower in Kansas City, Missouri. Creative Circle is relocating its Kansas City office and will lease 1,683 square feet on the 17th floor of Town Pavilion in July 2019.
With 30 offices across North America, Creative Circle connects advertising, marketing, creative, digital and interactive professionals with companies looking for full-time or freelance talent. The company opened its Kansas City office in 2017.
Ryan Biery, Senior Vice President of Brokerage at Copaken Brooks, represented Town Pavilion in the deal, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Creative Circle.
