Copaken Brooks’ John Coe represetned Lawrence Memorial Hospital in its purchase of 20 acres for the development of a new out-patient medical center in Lawrence, Kansas.
The 200,000-square-foot addition will be located at the northeast corner of Sixth Street and South Lawrence Trafficway in Lawrence.
“The new location matches the vision and goals of the client with a continued focus on better serving its neighbors and community members,” said Coe, in a statement.
Coe said the focus was on finding developable land in a prime location close to the existing hospital campus.
