Copaken Brooks recently closed a lease with Cerner on 40,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space in North Kansas City, Mo.
Cerner will use the space at 1836 Levee for a combined furniture showroom and storage.
John Coe and Molly Crawford were the lead brokers on the lease for Copaken Brooks.
