Two senior vice presidents with Kansas City’s Copaken Brooks recently earned the 2011 Home Run Deal Award for Office Transactions from the Kansas City chapter of the CCIM.
John Coe and Bill Early earned this award during the CCIM’s monthly breakfast held at Mission Hills Country Club in Kansas City.
The award recognizes a 40,242-square-foot lease between Caymus Associates, the landlord, and Copaken Brooks’ client Generali USA, the tenant. Generali USA is part of the Generali Group, a global provider of insurance and financial products.
The lease is part of a 59,000-square-foot build-to-suit building at Park Place, a mixed-use community in Leawood, Kan. The project was completed in the fourth quarter of 2011.
