Core Industrial Realty, an Oak Brook, Illinois-based industrial brokerage firm founded in December 2022 by Noel S. Liston, adds Frank Damato IV as a partner/broker. Damato provides in-depth market experience throughout the I-88 Corridor, Central DuPage, and Fox Valley submarkets. He specializes in a full range of brokerage services including tenant representation, build-to-suit projects, site selection, investment acquisitions, and industrial outside storage site acquisitions/dispositions.
Damato joins Core Industrial Realty after starting his industrial/commercial brokerage career in 2019. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from DePaul University.
