Core Spaces celebrated the groundbreaking of HUB College Station, a multi-building student housing community in the Northgate District, just steps from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
Hub College Station will be the largest new student housing development in the Northgate District, delivering a combined 570 units and 2,201 beds across two buildings.
Each building will consist of seven stories and are connected by a multi-level precast parking garage.
HUB College Station will offer about 60,000 square feet of amenity space. This includes a 20,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck, 3,500-square-foot resort-style pool and 300-square-foot hot tub, a 14,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center and extensive study lounges, private study areas, collaboration rooms and indoor and outdoor social spaces.
HUB College Station is expected to deliver ahead of the 2028-2029 academic school year. Construction is led by Treehouse Construction. Architecture is led by Antunovich Associates and interior design is being handled by Core’s in-house team with creative director Karen Herold in partnership with Antunovich Interiors.
