IndianaHealthcare Cornerstone Companies building $17 million MOB in Carmel September 14, 2018 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share via email Cornerstone Companies, Inc. has been named the developer and general contractor for the Goodman Campbell Brain & Spine Facility set to open its doors in May of next year in Carmel, Indiana. The two-story, $17.6 million-dollar facility will be occupied by Goodman Campbell, a team specializing in physiatry, physical therapy, neurosurgery and spine-related pain management. The space will be used for a combination of medical office, treatment and administrative services. The Goodman Campbell medical offices will sit on a 10-acre lot with visibility from US-31. The building will feature an exterior with metal panel and brick combination, a canopy for patient drop-off, and a two-story wood lobby feature wall. The entire project is located at US-31 and Illinois Street in Carmel, and includes infrastructure for a second lot south of the building. The primary MOB will total about 38,537 square feet.
