CBRE has announced a lease at Woodfield Preserve Office Center on behalf of Zeller to Costco Wholesale Corporation and Costco Innovel Solutions at 10 N. Martingale Road in Schaumburg. Costco will occupy the 30,000-square-foot space in April of 2021.
CBRE’s William Elwood and Robert Graham represented Zeller in the transaction. David Stefancic and Lexis Livengood of Cushman & Wakefield represented Costco Wholesale Corporation, which joins other commercial tenants at the property such as Assurance, Byline Bank, Hitachi, New York Life, and Progressive.
Recent renovations at Woodfield Preserve include the common area lobby remodeling and elevator cab modernization. Additional improvements over the past three years include a total overhaul of the amenities in all common areas, including two fitness centers, two conference centers, tenant Wi-Fi lounges, game rooms, and two delis. Woodfield Preserve’s outdoor courtyard features pergolas, fire pits, a water feature, and has secure, tenant accessible Wi-Fi. Programming such as sunrise yoga, gardening, live music, and other gaming activities are also available to tenants.
