A combined 144-room Courtyard by Marriott and an 88-suite Residence Inn by Marriott has opened in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Located at 210 W. Church Ave., the Courtyard and Residence Inn Knoxville Downtown hotels are owned and managed by Paramount Hospitality Management of Atlanta. Mike Sellge, general manager, and Ruth Lyons, director of sales, lead the management team at the hotels.
The properties share a fitness center, terrace with fire pit and barbecue grills and 784 square feet of meeting space to accommodate events for up to 126 people.
