Michael Luecht, president and CEO of ML Realty Partners LLC has announced that Craig Phillips has joined the firm as vice president.
Phillips will oversee the acquisitions of buildings, redevelopment opportunities, and development sites for ML Realty Partners in the Chicagoland market.
Previously, he’s held senior positions with MTI Construction Services, LLC, Seefried Industrial Properties, and most recently HSA Commercial Real Estate.
Phillips holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance from University of California at Los Angeles.
