Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International announced that Crawford Laboratories has completed a deal to acquire a 87,982-square-foot building for the purpose of relocating and expanding their world headquarters. Podolsky|Circle Principals Adam J. Tarantur, CCIM and Corey B. Chase, as well as Associate Kyle A. McKechnie, represented Crawford Laboratories in the acquisition.
The relocation represents the consolidation of two current locations and will serve as the company’s new world headquarters. Crawford Laboratories is building out two new state-of-the-art labs at their new HQ, located at 1120 Exchange Avenue, Chicago, IL.
The building sits on 2.77 acres of land. It also features 2 docks and 2 drive-in doors and has 17′-22′ clear ceilings.
