Kevin Schutte is the new managing director in the Cincinnati office of CBRE.
Schutte brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience to his new position. He previously worked at Skanska USA Building, where he served as a vice president responsible for business development in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
Schutte also previously served in a leadership role at Duke Realty Corp., Prologis and Paul Hemmer Cos.
