At the close of 2025, Jason Vitorino, Adam Gottschalk, Hudson Lambert and Will Schubert—alongside David McNeil, Parker Tims and a team of seasoned commercial real estate professionals—announced their departure from their former firm and the launch of Summit RE, a new commercial real estate brokerage in Dallas and Orange County, California, focused exclusively on investment sales.
Jason Vitorino, formerly of the Vitorino Group at Marcus & Millichap and founding partner and CEO of STRIVE, joined forces with partners and top producers Adam Gottschalk, Hudson Lambert, and Will Schubert to establish the firm. The founding team was further strengthened by the addition of Office Team Lead and rising star Parker Tims, Senior Managing Director David McNeil, and the full support infrastructure from their prior organization. Important team members include Ted Parrish, Molly Gornell, and Haven Aumock of the Marketing Team, Jordan Odulio and Cole Bandy as Financial Analysts, Anna Schutte and Bonnie Mickleburgh as Transaction Coordinators, and Anna Rosowski of Human Resources.

Hudson Lambert, Partner, leads the multi-tenant team in TX alongside multi-tenant team members Will Schubert, Jack Hicks, Andy Williams, and Braden Bratcher. The 5-person team closed 51 properties for over $230 Million in 2025.
“We are extremely excited about this opportunity to serve existing clients and welcome new ones to Summit RE. We have implemented a collaborative territory system to serve our clients throughout various markets in the coun-try. Shared database, shared technology, shared resources, and shared commissions. We’re all rowing in the same direction. All 25 of us are ready to get to work,” said Lambert.
Adam Gottschalk, Partner, leads Summit RE’s net lease division alongside Scott Hook, Mike Crovetti, Cannon Thorn-hill, and John Brewer. Their team closed 72 deals for over $220 million in 2025 and brings a collective track record exceeding $3 Billion.

Parker Tims, Senior Associate, leads the office and medical investment sales team that closed 11 transactions totaling more than $43 million in 2025 and is currently representing nearly $100 million in signed inventory.
