Commercial real estate veterans Ron Caughron and Bill Menish are the majority owners of the new SVN Commercial Real Estate franchise in Louisville, SVN Premier CRE & Auctions.
Caughron and Menish bring more than 40 years of combined real estate experience. Menish will continue to deliver CRE auction services in addition to his new role as managing director with partner Caughron.
Principal broker Jerry Ward also brings more than years of commercial real estate experience to this new brokerage.
Caughron has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. Before that, he spent a 30-year career in financial services.
Menish is a former newscaster and was a news anchor for 15 years with NBC in San Diego before returning to Louisville in 2010. He is a 15-time Emmy Award winner.
