Credit Union of America has purchased property near the Rock Road/K96 interchange at 8200 E. 32nd St. N in Wichita, Kansas.

The three-story structure, most recently known as the IMA building, provides 55,000 square feet of office space and sits on 3.22 acres. Credit Union of America plans to move all staff from its current corporate offices at 650 S. Westdale to the new building in June of 2021.

“With the addition of more technology-based services, we have a need for more support staff,” said Frank Shoffner, Credit Union of America’s chief executive officer.

The IMA building will allow for expansion and the centralization of back-office departments.

Managing the IMA transaction for the seller, 8200, LLC, was Craig Ablah with Classic Real Estate. Randy Johnsonton with J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. represented Credit Union of America.
