Cresa acquired Vogel Advisors, a boutique commercial firm in metropolitan Detroit.

Its founder, Bill Vogel, Managing Principal, will serve as Detroit co-market leader, partnering with Managing Principal Ryan Bertin to grow the Cresa brand and presence in the region.

Vogel Advisors’ staff of three also makes the move to Cresa.

Vogel founded Vogel Advisors in 2005 after several years working in commercial real estate finance. Noticing a lack of quality, strategic representation for businesses with real estate needs, he launched the firm to deliver bespoke, conflict-free real estate services with a special expertise in divestment strategies for corporate real estate assets.

His recent track record includes several standout transactions that reflect his strategic approach and market expertise, including Shinola’s 87,000 SF headquarters and watchmaking facility lease in Detroit; a well-known global logistics provider’s 591,000 SF distribution facility lease in Livonia, MI; WKW Automotive’s 191,000 SF manufacturing plant liquidation in Battle Creek, MI; and MediVera Compounding Pharmacy’s 58,000 SF laboratory/headquarters acquisition in Troy, MI. Other notable clients include Prairie Farms Dairy, Intellinetics, and Sporcle.
