Cresa adds three advisors to its Chicago team

Cresa is growing its brokerage ranks in Chicago with the addition of Principal Dave Wilson and Senior Vice Presidents Ryan Foran and Jonathan Zeitler.

The trio was attracted to Cresa’s unique service model which was designed entirely for occupiers.

Formerly Executive Vice President with Transwestern in Chicago, Wilson is entering his 40th year in the industry. He previously founded TRU Office Advisors, LLC (TRU), a full service commercial real estate firm focused on the representation of office tenants across the U.S.  He brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of the deal process – evaluation, strategy, negotiation, and implementation – through various economic cycles to his position. His clients include Aon, Advocate Healthcare, Berkley Insurance Company, The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and University of Illinois. Wilson is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.

Also a former Executive Vice President with Transwestern, Foran has spent 20 years focused exclusively on representing office tenants in primary and secondary domestic markets. He previously was a SVP at Tru where he played an instrumental role in launching the firm. Foran has extensive experience advising leaders across the U.S. in the legal, technology, design, manufacturing, financial and professional services industries. He is a graduate of DePauw University.

Former Vice President with Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory and Workplace Solutions group, Zeitler represents tenants in the professional services, legal, technology and manufacturing sectors, executing local and multi-national portfolio transactions. He has completed transactions valued at more than $500 million during his career. Zeitler is an active CoreNet Global Chicago Board member, and in 2017 was awarded the organization’s Young Leader Award. Zeitler earned a degree in Business Administration from Central Florida University.
